I love this type of loose informal ‘no-rules’- apply floral designing.
Take a terracotta trough and apply a coat of white milk paint. Rough up the sides or exterior with sand paper, to give a shabby chic or aged look.
Either plant herbs directly into trough or place for transplanting at a
later date.
Leave a few spaces between each pot in which to place wet green floral foam.
Now take whatever cut flowers you have and insert little pops of
colour.
Great on a table for informal outdoor dining, or make and give as thank-you gifts!
