I’ve had loads of requesting asking how to extend or upcycle or reinvent life into faux florals that have been cut once to often and all that remains are heads that are practically useless. Do not worry, I’ve got you covered!
Take those blooms, along with a bamboo or garden stake, a couple of cable or zip lock cords.
Gather all the blooms in your hand and then firmly fix on to a bamboo stake to a length desired. To clean up the stems, use a kitchen towel empty card inner and push down inside to create a nice neat finish.
I used my very old, very used and much-loved roses into a decoupage jug, along with some berries!
