Here's a wonderful table top flower design for Halloween, using red waxed roses and grey succulents.
You will need:
Long narrow wicker basket – mine is supposed to hold a French bread stick… perfect shape for this design!
Line with plastic, then fill with wet green floral foam.
Use some moss to cover the foam.
Succulents – grey or mist with black spray paint.
To wax dip the roses - either fresh for artificial:
Cut up a black candle place inside a wide necked jar, melt over a double boiler.
Once melted simply dip rose into wax and allow to dry. I used a block of foam to hold roses until set.
